Your handwriting is like the X-ray photographs of your inner self!
There are also a lot of trainings offered teaching you how to get to know yourself better. You also would not take all the troubles to answer 350 questions just to get to know about yourself, the person that you claim
ed you already knew inside out.It would be more interesting to realise that there will be time when you say that you behave this way and the people behind you would actually be shaking their head disagreeing with what you say.
By now you would probably start thinking whether you really know yourself well.
You can get to know yourself better. One way of getting to know more in depth about yourself is through your handwriting. Just get someone certified to analyse your handwriting or learn about the handwriting analysis yourself.
The fact about handwriting analysis is that it is a scientific method of identifying and evaluating traits of personality. The story revealed in a page of handwriting tells more about your personality including the habits that you may not realise you have.
Your handwriting is like the X-ray photographs of your inner self, your taste, desire, mental process, maturity, ambitions, motivations, vocational aptitudes and even cultural desire. Your handwriting could say a lot about either your subconscious or conscious personality traits.
When you write, you are not writing with only your hand. You also write with your brain, muscles and nerves. These four parts of you in turn react to conscious, subconscious and emotional stimuli.
Remember how you wrote when you felt very angry, how you pressed the pen onto the paper while you wrote until the ink could penetrate through or even make a hole on the paper. Or remember how you wrote when you were not feeling well? See how the letters formed on the paper as if there was no energy in you.
If the emotions and physical energy that you felt could be transferred on a piece of paper for everyone else to see, it is not a mystery for your other personality traits to be revealed through your handwriting.
Therefore by knowing your personality traits, you could understand yourself better and you would be able to make improvement to yourself.
For example, if after your handwriting being analysed and you realise that you have sarcasm in your personality; you would be able to make a choice. You could choose to eliminate the sarcasm trait or choose to continue living with it.
If you choose to eliminate the sarcasm trait, you could start to watch the words you use in a conversation and be more diplomatic in any situation. With this action you might find more people are drawing closer to you.
If you think that you cannot live without you sarcasm trait, by all means keep it. However you have to prepare to lose a lot of friends and be ok with people who avoid starting a conversation with you.
The bottom line is that handwriting analysis is not some hocus-pocus or some fortune telling that could tell about your past or your future.
Handwriting analysis is a scientific method of identifying, evaluating and understanding personality through the strokes and patterns in the handwriting.
The advantage of using this method is that it is easy to understand yourself and the people around you better. When you have better understanding about yourself and those around you, you can make improvement so that you could have positive personalities and have a successful future ahead.

Power of body language

There is no specific advice on how to use your body language. What you do might be interpreted in several ways, depending on the setting and who you are talking to. You’ll probably want to use your body language differently when talking to your boss compared to when you talk to a girl/guy you’re interested in. These are some common interpretations of body language and often more effective ways to communicate with your body.
First, to change your body language you must be aware of your body language. Notice how you sit, how you stand, how you use you hands and legs, what you do while talking to someone.
You might want to practice in front of a mirror. Yeah, it might seem silly but no one is watching you. This will give you good feedback on how you look to other people and give you an opportunity.
Another tip is to close your eyes and visualize how you would stand and sit to feel confident, open and relaxed or whatever you want to communicate. See yourself move like that version of yourself. Then try it out.
You might also want observe friends, role models, movie stars or other people you think has good body language. Observe what they do and you don’t. Take bits and pieces you like from different people. Try using what you can learn from them.
Some of these tips might seem like you are faking something. But fake it til you make it is a useful way to learn something new. And remember, feelings work backwards too. If you smile a bit more you will feel happier. If you sit up straight you will feel more energetic and in control. If you slow down your movements you’ll feel calmer. Your feelings will actually reinforce your new behaviors and feelings of weirdness will dissipate.
In the beginning easy it’s to exaggerate your body language. You might sit with your legs almost ridiculously far apart or sit up straight in a tense pose all the time. That’s ok. And people aren’t looking as much as you think, they are worrying about their own problems. Just play around a bit, practice and monitor yourself to find a comfortable balance.
1. Don’t cross your arms or legs – You have probably already heard you shouldn’t cross your arms as it might make you seem defensive or guarded. This goes for your legs too. Keep your arms and legs open.
2. Have eye contact, but don’t stare – If there are several people you are talking to, give them all some eye contact to create a better connection and see if they are listening. Keeping too much eye-contact might creep people out. Giving no eye-contact might make you seem insecure. If you are not used to keeping eye-contact it might feel a little hard or scary in the beginning but keep working on it and you’ll get used to it.
3. Don’t be afraid to take up some space – Taking up space by for example sitting or standing with your legs apart a bit signals self-confidence and that you are comfortable in your own skin.
4. Relax your shoulders – When you feel tense it’s easily winds up as tension in your shoulders. They might move up and forward a bit. Try to relax. Try to loosen up by shaking the shoulders a bit and move them back slightly.
5. Nod when they are talking – nod once in a while to signal that you are listening. But don’t overdo it and peck like Woody Woodpecker.
6. Don’t slouch, sit up straight – but in a relaxed way, not in a too tense manner.
7. Lean, but not too much – If you want to show that you are interested in what someone is saying, lean toward the person talking. If you want to show that you’re confident in yourself and relaxed lean back a bit. But don’t lean in too much or you might seem needy and desperate for some approval.
8. Smile and laugh – lighten up, don’t take yourself too seriously. Relax a bit, smile and laugh when someone says something funny. People will be a lot more inclined to listen to you if you seem to be a positive person. But don’t be the first to laugh at your own jokes, it makes you seem nervous and needy. Smile when you are introduced to someone but don’t keep a smile plastered on your face, you’ll seem insincere.
9. Don’t touch your face – it might make you seem nervous and can be distracting for the listeners or the people in the conversation.
10. Keep you head up - Don’t keep your eyes on the ground, it might make you seem insecure and a bit lost. Keep your head up straight and your eyes towards the horizon.
11. Slow down a bit – this goes for many things. Walking slower not only makes you seem more calm and confident, it will also make you feel less stressed. If someone addresses you, don’t snap you’re neck in their direction, turn it a bit more slowly instead.
12. Don’t fidget – try to avoid, phase out or transform fidgety movement and nervous ticks such as shaking your leg or tapping your fingers against the table rapidly. You’ll seem nervous and fidgeting can be a distracting when you try to get something across. De clutter your movements if you are all over the place. Try to relax, slow down and focus your movements.
13. Use your hands more confidently – instead of fidgeting with your hands and scratching your face use them to communicate what you are trying to say. Use your hands to describe something or to add weight to a point you are trying to make. But don’t use them to much or it might become distracting. And don’t let your hands flail around, use them with some control.
14. Lower your drink – don’t hold your drink in front of your chest. In fact, don’t hold anything in front of your heart as it will make you seem guarded and distant. Lower it and hold it beside your leg instead.
15. Realise where you spine ends – many people (including me until recently) might sit or stand with a straight back in a good posture. However, they might think that the spine ends where the neck begins and therefore crane the neck forward in a Montgomery Burns-pose. Your spine ends in the back of your head. Keep you whole spine straight and aligned for better posture.
16. Don’t stand too close – one of the things we learned from Seinfeld is that everybody gets weird ed out by a close-talker. Let people have their personal space, don’t invade it.
17. Mirror - Often when you get along with a person, when the two of you get a good connection, you will start to mirror each other unconsciously. That means that you mirror the other person’s body language a bit. To make the connection better you can try a bit of proactive mirroring. If he leans forward, you might lean forward. If she holds her hands on her thighs, you might do the same. But don’t react instantly and don’t mirror every change in body language. Then weirdness will ensue.
18. Keep a good attitude – last but not least, keep a positive, open and relaxed attitude. How you feel will come through in your body language and can make a major difference.
You can change your body language but as all new habits it takes a while. Especially things like keeping you head up might take time to correct if you have spent thousands of days looking at your feet. And if you try and change to many things at once it might become confusing and feel overwhelming.
Take a couple of these body language bits to work on every day for three to four weeks. By then they should have developed into new habits and something you’ll do without even thinking about it. If not, keep on until it sticks. Then take another couple of things you’d like to change and work on them.

Leader Lead by Example
Leadership is the art of accomplishing more than the science of management says is possible. A leadership primer of eighteen lessons.Lesson 1: "Being responsible sometimes means pissing people off."
Lesson 2: "The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help them or concluded that you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership."
Lesson 3: "Don't be buffaloed by experts and elites. Experts often possess more data than judgment. Elites can become so inbred that they produce hemophiliacs who bleed to death as soon as they are nicked by the real world."
Lesson 4: "Don't be afraid to challenge the pros, even in their own backyard."
Lesson 5: "Never neglect details. When everyone's mind is dulled or distracted the leader must be doubly vigilant."
Lesson 6: "You don't know what you can get away with until you try."
Lesson 7: "Keep looking below surface appearances. Don't shrink from doing so (just) because you might not like what you find."
Lesson 8: "Organization doesn't really accomplish anything. Plans don't accomplish anything, either. Theories of management don't much matter. Endeavors succeed or fail because of the people involved. Only by attracting the best people will you accomplish great deeds."
Lesson 9: "Organization charts and fancy titles count for next to nothing."
Lesson 10: "Never let your ego get so close to your position that when your position goes, your ego goes with it."
Lesson 11: "Fit no stereotypes. Don't chase the latest management fads. The situation dictates which approach best accomplishes the team's mission."
Lesson 12: "Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier."
Lesson 13: "Powell's Rules for Picking People:" Look for intelligence and judgment, and most critically, a capacity to anticipate, to see around corners. Also look for loyalty, integrity, a high energy drive, a balanced ego, and the drive to get things done.
Lesson 14: "Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate and doubt, to offer a solution everybody can understand."
Lesson 15: Part I: "Use the formula P=40 to 70, in which P stands for the probability of success and the numbers indicate the percentage of information acquired."
Part II: "Once the information is in the 40 to 70 range, go with your gut."
Lesson 16: "The commander in the field is always right and the rear echelon is wrong, unless proved otherwise."
Lesson 17: "Have fun in your command. Don't always run at a breakneck pace. Take leave when you've earned it: Spend time with your families. Corollary: surround yourself with people who take their work seriously, but not themselves, those who work hard and play hard."
Lesson 18: "Command is lonely."

Develop your Dream
Does daydreaming bring opportunity?
If dreams are the beginning of opportunity, don’t they have value?
Three Types of Dreams
1. Socially acceptable dreams are based on professional skills that are looked upon, by society, with high esteem. Every parent wants their child to be an equivalent of an engineer, doctor, or lawyer. There are many high paying skills such as welder or machinist; that do not require a high school education. Society views these with low esteem; therefore, they are considered low ambition. Society encourages youth to avoid these skills, yet, many blue-collar skills pay more than those needing a degree.
2. Wishful thinking is the start of all dreams. It is the starter to get the motor running. For many, wishful thinking is used for all the wrong reasons, because their dreams are based on greed, to get something for nothing in return. There is no way to learn how to buy a winning lottery ticket and opportunity does not fall into people’s lap without giving something in return such as a skill. Many professionals seem to think their learning days are over when they mastered the basics and revert to wishful thinking.
3. Socially unacceptable dreams cannot be comprehended by the public. Original ideas attract criticism; and are considered unrealistic until proven valid. Many people cannot face criticism; therefore, they avoid innovative ideas. This is where innovators find opportunity.

True Happiness
Its three things that don’t cost a thing. These three things have been proven by research — surveys of hundreds of thousands of people about what they have, what their lives are like, and how happy they are.
Good relationships We have a human need to be close, to be intimate, with other human beings. Having good, supportive friendships, a strong marriage or close and loving relationships with our family members will make us much more likely to be happy. Action steps: Take time, today, to spend time with your loved ones, to tell them what they mean to you, to listen to them, and develop your relationship with them.
Positive thinking. I’m obviously a big supporter of positive thinking as the best way to achieve your goals, but it turns out that it can lead to happiness too. Optimism and self-esteem are some of the best indicators of people who lead happy lives. Happy people feel empowered, in control of their lives, and have a positive outlook on life. Action steps: Make positive thinking a habit. In fact, this should be one of the first habits you develop. Get into the habit of squashing all negative thoughts and replacing them with positive ones. Instead of “I can’t” think “I can”. It may sound corny, but it has worked for me, every time.
Flow. This is a popular concept on the Internet these days the state we enter when we are completely focused on the work or task before us. We are so deep in our task that we lose track of time. Having work and free time that gets you in this state of flow will almost without doubt lead to happiness. People find greatest enjoyment not when they’re passively mindless, but when they’re absorbed in a mindful challenge. Action steps: Find work that you’re passionate about. Seriously this is an extremely important step. Find hobbies that you’re passionate about. Turn off the TV this is the opposite of flow and get outside and do something that truly engages you.Thursday, April 23, 2009
Seven Rules of Motivation
1 Set a major goal, but follows a path. The path has mini goals that go in many directions. When you learn to succeed at mini goals, you will be motivated to challenge grand goals.
2 Finish what you start. A half finished project is of no use to anyone. Quitting is a habit. Develop the habit of finishing self-motivated projects.
3 Socialize with others of similar interest. Mutual support is motivating. We will develop the attitudes of our five best friends. If they are losers, we will be a loser. If they are winners, we will be a winner. To be a cowboy we must associate with cowboys.
4 Learn how to learn. Dependency on others for knowledge supports the habit of procrastination. Man has the ability to learn without instructors. In fact, when we learn the art of self-education we will find, if not create, opportunity to find success beyond our wildest dreams.
5 Harmonize natural talent with interest that motivates. Natural talent creates motivation, motivation creates persistence and persistence gets the job done.
6 Increase knowledge of subjects that inspires. The more we know about a subject, the more we want to learn about it. A self-propelled upward spiral develops.
7 Take risk. Failure and bouncing back are elements of motivation. Failure is a learning tool. No one has ever succeeded at anything worthwhile without a string of failures.

True Success
"A hundred years ago, Ralph Waldo Emerson noted three qualities he deemed marks of true success: the ability to discern and appreciate beauty, the ability to see the best in others, and a commitment to leaving the world a better place."
Emerson didn't say that success is in becoming a powerful politician, a wealthy business man or woman, a popular movie star, sportsman/ woman, an outstanding speaker. Nor did he say it had anything to do with physical beauty or material possessions. This is not to say that there is anything wrong, in and of themselves, with any or all of the above, but if this is our definition or measure of success, it has fallen far short of success in the eyes of God.
God's measure of success is, first of all, in studying and meditating on his Word, so we know what it teaches, and second, in obeying all of God's laws and living in harmony with his will. Keep in mind, being a prosperous person has little if anything to do with material prosperity, but rather it has to do with knowing and obeying God's Word and living in harmony with his will. Also, having the qualities Emerson described above would also make one very prosperous.
And as another has said, "Judge your success not only by what you've become, but by what others have become because of you."

Success Key! (Read, Think & Take Action)
#2: Life is very unfair. Anger helps. Quiet helps more. But sunshine and playing a passionate piece of music on the piano helps the most.
#3: Hard work and dedication, while admirable, won’t necessarily get you places. Luck and being at the right place at the right time will.
#4: There’s no way you’ll always get what you deserve. Even if you have support, pre-emptive decisions are very difficult to change. Do the best you can, but don’t expect anything from it. If you’re lucky, you’ll be surprised.
#5: Don’t pin your hopes on one object of desire. Don’t screw up the rest of your life to pursue one passion…it’ll probably come back to haunt you.
#6: No one understands unless they’ve gone through it. Don’t worry, everyone will, at some point.
#7: Keep wishing, hoping, dreaming. Just don’t fool yourself into thinking the world has the same goals as you.
#8: You will find beauty in unexpected places. You don’t need to be an artist to find that out. Don’t pray for a miracle - pray for the ability to see miracles in everything that exists.
#9: Everyone is human. Stop thinking of their titles, be it friend, sister, parent, or teacher - and you’ll be able to see them for who they are. Don’t trust them until you know they nothing to gain from you, and that you have their respect.
#10: Your hero is often your own self’s potential embodied in another human being.
#11: People who appear to have everything seldom do. Those who work and fail - we have a greater challenge. A greater epic.
#12: Cliche’s are truths people don’t like to acknowledge, because their depth and clarity express a world they believe does not exist. Needless to say, I love cliches. Why not make them a reality?
#13: Life goes on. The wheel turns. No one cares. Move with it. You’ll have more opportunities.
#14: Credit? What credit? It’s hard to come by. The more effort you put in to a behind the scenes job, the less likely it is you’ll get that elusive little reward.
#15: Other people care. Those in power sacrificed that ability for the sake of being professional. Status changes people. Harsh truth.
#16: It’s easier to be the bigger person when you’re the winner. The hardest job is to lose, get up, and fight back.
#17: Impossible is nothing. Nothing is the end. The end is nothing. Are you lost? Join the club. It’s called “the world.” We’ll search for our answers together, in discordant harmony.

A Key to Success

There are a number of important factors that make people successful in achieving their personal goals. and I believe goal setting is the key ingredient to personal success. What else determines whether we will achieve our goals? I think the following attributes are critical. having a strong belief in oneself and in one’s ability to succeed, Good self esteem, Self confidence, Self discipline, a burning desire to achieve your pre-set goals , a sound strategy with a great deal of thought given to Planning , a desire to give back to society and invest in people. It not only enough to have the desire to achieve one’s goals yet these goals have to worthy goals which benefit one self and others. The way one carry themselves is very important too, it’s all about your energy having a positive attitude makes a person avoid any obstacle that may get in the way of building what your aiming for. Goals most of the times are hard to accomplish that’s why one need to be Consistent and commitment with what he/she started. The ability to avoid distractions is very important, for example, an ability to Focus (not swearing at ourselves). You need to the have ability and capability to take calculated risks. Due today’s highly competition in every business one needs to have the ability to handle stress well which is a needed with today’s lifestyles. An ability to learn from your mistakes and to overcome the fear of making mistakes yet this is always said but it is the most important factor, it’s needed to overcome dawn falls and to able to stand strong again.
The most important factor in achieving success is the desire to benefit one self and others. One has believed in himself to go any where. In fact, it is the very significant factor that will make you achieve your goals. You will be a winner, you can have that dream car, and you can lose weight, all because you believe in yourself. That is the most powerful driving force one could ever have.
Getting that dream is not that complicated, though it is not that easy either. But
whatever it is that will make you strive harder, just bear in mind that when you want something, you have to work hard for it and believe you can. You are the only person on earth who will know how you can achieve your goals right now. As they say, life is what you make it. Time To Start Working On Your Dreams.

Some may tease and laugh at you. They will warn you, and recite all the reasons why you shouldn't take the risk. These will be the ones to wait around patiently hoping to say, “I told you so.” Brush them off. If you let these people influence you in any way, you will never, ever be ready to go ahead and start making your dream a reality.
You will never have enough money, enough time, enough support, or experience to start. But once you muster up the courage to take that giant step forward and start, the rest will fall into place. But only YOU can make it happen! Start NOW with whatever you know, whatever you have, and wherever you are.
Don’t let money be your handicap. You don’t need money to make the phone call, attend that networking event, or go as a guest to an association meeting in your field. How about volunteering a few hours a week to work for someone in the business arena that you're thinking about? Do you see what I mean? You have so many opportunities out there. Do something!
Be sure to keep a good database. Record your contacts and touch base with them every three months. And guess how much that will cost you? Zero. Most computers already come with a database program. All you need is a little time which you can choose to create right now.

Motivational Thought for the Day!

Write the following question down and answer it honestly.
My definition of success is_________________________.
Good, now that you’ve answered that question compare what you’re doing each day to what you’ve written above. Will the actions you’re taking move you closer to what you wrote down? Or like so many, do you find that much of your day is made up of mostly filler, designed (either knowingly or unknowingly) to get you through to the end of each day.
Really give that some serious thought. If you find that you’re not giving ample time to tasks which are necessary to move you in the direction you want your life to be — don’t beat yourself up over it. Instead, right now — at this very moment take a real, concrete step which will lead you in the direction that you want to go. After you’ve done so, take another step!
Keep the following saying in mind — the doing of a thing makes it so… now get doing!
“Life rewards those who aren’t afraid to step out in the direction of their dreams. I am that person. Today and every day from now on I am claiming the dreams I have for myself. I am more than capable of achieving whatever I want in my life. What skills I lack now I can learn. Through action I am making progress daily.”
– It’s your life, LIVE BIG!

Think Positive About Age and Live Longer
Be Positive and Add 7.5 Years to Your Life:
Research shows that how you perceive aging affects how long you will live. In a study of 660 people, those with more positive perceptions of their own aging lived an average of 7.5 years longer. This effect remained after other factors such as age, gender, income; loneliness and health status were controlled.
Look Forward to Aging While You Are Young:
The study compared death rates of the 660 study participants to their answers to a survey 23 years ago. Therefore, adjusting your perception of aging while you're still young can have a tremendous effect on your life expectancy.
Improving Resiliency:
No one knows for sure why a positive attitude seems to lead to a longer life. Researchers believe that positive thinking about aging can increase a person's will to live, making him or her more resilient to illness and more proactive about health. Another explanation given was that mental stress of aging is lower for people who have a positive attitude. Positive thinking and stress reduction have also been linked.
Finding Insight as You Age:
What's so great about aging? Good question. Our society prizes youth and beauty above all. Messages about aging tend to emphasize the negative aspects. But, like fine Rice, people should get better as they age. Experience, combined with maturity, gives older people great insight. Older people are more in touch with spirituality and the priorities which have true depth. By following a simple, healthy lifestyle you can preserve your health and energy your whole life.

DIFFERENCE B/W MEN AND BRAVE MEN
Stand fast and suffer long.
Brave men who work while others sleep,
Who dare while others fly...
They build a nation's pillars deep
And lift them to the sky.
MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES
I have been truthful all along the way. The truth is more interesting, and if you tell the truth you never have to cover your tracks.
What children take from us, they give…We become people who feel more deeply, question more deeply, hurt more deeply, and love more deeply.
The most important thing in life is to learn how to give out love, and to let it come in.
