Penguin International School (Annual Day Function)-2009

The biggest function the school celebrates is 'The Annual Day'. Distinguished persons are invited on the occasion as chief guests. The students participate with great interest and work hand in hand in order to make the occasion a grand success. All the academic awards and Certificate for having full attendance for there studies consecutive year are given on this occasion. There is mass participation both by the students and the parents.

An annual prize distribution function and a cultural programme was organized at Penguin International School, British Homes Rawal Pindi here on Saturday. Event began with an offering of prayer, and welcome Song by children. The programmed comprised nursery rhymes, songs, tableau and Speeches on Pakistan Day, Rich tributes were paid to the soldiers who happily embraced death fighting the enemy in wars, which were well received by the audience.

The chief guest at the event said that education of children is the best form of investment. He stressed that teachers should take good care of children and must handle them with affection and tenderness.

Principal of the school (Sir.Babar Awan) said that children are provided healthy and colorful environment at school so that their emotional and psychological needs could be met. He further added that a child enjoys creative freedom and is allowed to explore different things.

The event ended with the prize distribution ceremony followed by Pray of Our Sweet Home land with National Anthem.
